How do I get access to my Activities?

As soon as payment is successful, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to set up your child’s profile. Then you can dive into the activities immediately!  When you sign up on the website again after registration you will get the link to download the Progressive app and Éxito will easily be accessible on your phones home screen.  

How do I cancel my Subscription?
  • Just email us at least 7 days before your next payment date.

  • If you cancel later than that, the next payment may still go through, but no further payments will be taken.

How Do I Pay For My Activities?

Payments are handled securely through Paystack every month.

You’ll be billed on the same date every month (your subscription start date).

Why do I see R1.00/$1.00 on my first payment?

That’s just Paystack checking your card — it’s a temporary authorization. The R1/$1 will be refunded, and then your normal subscription fee will go off.

What happens if my payment fails?

Paystack will retry after 2 days.
If it still fails, it will try again on your original billing date the next month.
While waiting for payment, your access to your activities will be paused.

If payments fail for two months in a row, your subscription will be cancelled automatically.  You will need to subscribe again.

Do you offer refunds?

Since our activities are digital, we don’t offer refunds for partially used months. Refunds are only given in cases of duplicate billing or technical issues.
